Florentine is a member of Stibbe’s antitrust practice,specialising in EU and Dutch competition law. She advises on a number of topics, including abuse of dominance and merger control. She has in-dept sector knowledge of the life sciences industry.

She represents a wide range of both Dutch and international clients, from private listed companies to multinationals.
Florentine specialises in the life science sector. Together with Jan Truijens Martinez, she wrote a chapter in The Guide to Life Sciences - First Edition: ‘Netherlands: Price and Supply Security Remain Regulator’s Top Priorities’.
She has a cum laude master’s degree in Corporate Law from Leiden University and a master’s degree in Economics and Business, with a specialisation in Strategy Economics, from Erasmus University Rotterdam.
