Stibbe advises VCK on the sale of VCK Logistics to Janssen.
VCK Logistics focuses on supply chain solutions and worldwide air and ocean freight services and has offices in the Netherlands, Germany, Switzerland and Singapore.
VCK Logistics and Janssen will complement each other with a wide range of logistics services. The joint logistics services will include e-commerce fulfillment, air and sea freight, warehousing, distribution, technical services (VAL) and represent full control over the distribution process (via fourth-party logistics control tower services).
The combination of the companies will result in a leading logistics group of more than 800 employees with a turnover of more than €350 million.
