Fleur is a lawyer in the Corporate and M&A practice group. Her current practice involves national and cross-border mergers and acquisitions, including private and public M&A, private equity and joint ventures.
Fleur is a lawyer in the Corporate and M&A practice group. Her current practice involves national and cross-border mergers and acquisitions, including private and public M&A, private equity and joint ventures.
She currently focuses on a broad range of corporate law matters, but she also has experience in the fields of merger control and foreign direct investment (FDI) regulation. Within our EU and Competition Law practice, she advised clients in the field of multi-jurisdictional merger control and FDI analyses, as well as complex domestic and cross-border EU and competition law matters. Her clients include a wide range of leading domestic and international clients, both listed and privately held.
Fleur obtained a master’s degree in European Competition Law and Regulation from the University of Amsterdam. She is a member of the Dutch Competition Law Association (VvM) and the Dutch Investment Screening Association (VvI).
