Stibbe has advised Schneider Electric Industries SAS, the market leader in the digital transformation of energy management and automation, on its successful expansion of its investment in Planon Beheer B.V.

Schneider Electric entered into an agreement to expand its investment in Planon Software from 25% to 80%. Schneider Electric Industries SAS is part of a French listed multinational that specialises in digital automation and energy management. Planon is a Dutch supplier of software solutions for property management. Completion of the transaction is subject to regulatory approvals and is planned for later this year.
Stibbe also represented Scheider Electric in 2020 when it made its initial 25% investment in Planon.
