She also advises listed clients on their corporate and regulatory legal matters, as well as clients that wish to obtain a listing. Her in-depth understanding of the capital markets and corporate law enables her to provide strategic guidance and support.
She obtained a master’s degree in Corporate Law from Leiden University in 2023.
