Stibbe assisted Participatiemaatschappij Vlaanderen (PMV) on the construction of a new 'VAC' (Flemish Administrative Centre) in Brussels.

The VAC will group all Flemish public services in the Brussels Capital Region in one central place. Three other centres have already been realised in several province capitals of Flanders (Ghent, Bruges, and Leuven, respectively). We advised on legal and contractual issues related to corporate law, environmental law, and public procurement in the framework of the realisation of public real estate projects.
