Stibbe advises JP Morgan

JP Morgan Growth Equity Partners is the investment arm of the US bank and is taking the lead in investing a total of €36 million in Eye Security. Founded in 2020, cyber security company Eye Security is headquartered in The Hague. The company provides cyber insurance, incident response and managed extended detection and response (MXDR) solutions to mid-market businesses in the Netherlands, Germany and Belgium that operate across the European supply chain.
