As part of the Financial Markets Group at Stibbe, Jelmer provides clients advice on regulatory, compliance and enforcement matters. His clients include corporates and financial institutions such as banks, insurers, investment firms and payment institutions.

Jelmer has a Bachelor’s degree in Law and Economics (2021) and a Master’s degree in Financial Law (2023), both from Leiden University.
