Stibbe advises Insight Venture Partners on the acquisition of a minority stake in Dutch scale-up Trengo.

Insight Venture Partners is a New York private equity fund that invests in high-growth technology and software companies. Trengo is active as a provider of communication software, which combines multiple communication channels into one shared inbox and develops software in order to, among others, reduce customer services response time. In this transaction Stibbe worked closely with Goodwin Procter (New York).
