Stibbe advises EssilorLuxottica on the acquisition of Grandvision

Stibbe is advising EssilorLuxottica S.A. on the acquisition of a 76.7% stake in Grandvision N.V. from HAL Holding N.V., which will be followed by a mandatory offer for all shares in the company, resulting in a total transaction value of more than EUR 7 billion.
