Stibbe's Real Estate Transaction Group advised Aedifica NV, a Belgian listed company investing in healthcare real estate, on the further expansion of its portfolio in the Netherlands. Aedifica invested approximately €18.5 million in the construction of a brand-new care residence in Almere through Aedifica’s joint venture with Korian.
