Rachèl's practice primarily consists of advising and litigating on behalf of provincial and municipal authorities, retail companies, project developers and real estate investors regarding planning and the granting of permits for (sub)urban (re)developments.
She has a master's in public law from University of Amsterdam.
Rachèl is member of the Administrative Law Association and the Environment Law Association and an active member of Stibbe’s Diversity and Inclusion Committee.
