Stibbe assisted the three economic and financial instruments of the Walloon Region in their merger into a new instrument called Wallonie Entreprendre (WE).

Stibbe advises RWE on the acquisition from Vattenfall of the state-of-the-art gas-fired power plant Magnum with a capacity of 1.4 gigawatt and a 5.6 megawatts solar plant at Eemshaven, the Netherlands.

Stibbe advised a group of finance parties as to matters of Dutch law on the refinancing of certain debt and on the provision of USD 400 million in new capital for Diebold Nixdorf.

Stibbe assisted the Belgian Association of Waters and Softdrinks (VIWF – FIEB), in particular Spadel, Nestlé Waters, Coca Cola Belgium, Roxane Nord and Danone, in a litigation case against Sodastream for misleading and comparative advertising.

Stibbe advised the shareholders of Mydibel on the binding agreement relating to the sale of 100% of the shares in Mydibel to Clarebout. The deal is subject to competition approval and is expected to close in Q1 2023.

Stibbe advised Strohm Holding on another EUR 15 million joint investment.
