Advising the Clondalkin Group, a portfolio company of Warburg Pincus, on the sale to the Paardekooper group of Van der Windt Group, a distributor of packaging in retail, foodservice, industry, agriculture and horticulture.

Stibbe advised a US asset manager on securing the acquisition of a real estate portfolio in France via a Luxembourg, non-regulated fund platform.

Advising a financial sector supplier of cashless transaction technologies and IT services on various contractual and regulatory issues, including those related to data center activities.

Stibbe assisted the Belgian Buildings Agency in its claim for time extension and additional payment and in a litigation with the contractor concerning the ‘Residence Palace Building’, a new landmark in Brussels that will be the seat of the EU Council.

Stibbe advises Amvest in connection with the insolvency of the Heja project development group and the continuation of the development and construction of the “Stadionkwartier” project at Eindhoven, the Netherlands. 

Stibbe represented a global lifts manufacturer in several antitrust damage proceedings in Belgium brought by several entities, including the European Commission, following the European Commission's finding of an antitrust infringement in the elevator and
