Daniël Stein new senior associate at Stibbe
We are pleased to announce that Daniël Stein will be joining Stibbe’s Amsterdam office as senior associate. His appointment as from 1 October 2023 will further strengthen our Litigation and Arbitration practice.
Daniël rejoins us after pursuing a PhD at Radboud University Nijmegen. His research focused on joint and several liability within the context of both European Union and Dutch national law, and its implications for procedural and insolvency law. As he prepares to defend his thesis in January, we eagerly anticipate the valuable insights he will bring to our team.
