19 November 2019: Ignace Vernimme and Joanna De Smedt discuss IP rights in China during Agoria's IPR Working Group meeting.
China is a land of both opportunities and pitfalls, both from an economic and a legal perspective. On 19 November, the opportunities and difficulties relating to intellectual property rights in China will be discussed during Agoria's IPR Working Group meeting.
How can you protect your innovations and business in China? How can you enforce this protection? How does this translate in your contracts? These are the major questions that will be examined.
These matters will be discussed by Ignace Vernimme and Joanna De Smedt of Stibbe as well as Ms. Annemie Jaeken and Ms. Annemie Swinnen of patent attorney firm V.O. In addition, Ms. Yibing Zhou of the law firm FuJae Partners will join us as a special guest, given her expertise in the field of intellectual property rights in China.
Come to this training to learn about IPR protection in China, in order to benefit from the opportunities that China holds while mitigating the potential risks.
