Willem is part of our Brussels Corporate and M&A practice since 2014 and specialises in public and private mergers and acquisitions (M&A), private equity, and equity capital markets (ECM) transactions (including initial public offerings, direct listings, SPACs, secondary public offerings, and private placements). Willem understands his clients’ commercial objectives and their position in the market, allowing him to render effective and strategic advice.
Willem holds a master’s degree in Law from Ghent University (2013) and a master’s degree in Corporate Law from the University of Cambridge (2014). He also completed the International Exchange Programme in International and Comparative Business Law at Bucerius Law School (2012) and the Stibbe MBA Highlights Programme at INSEAD (2020).
