Rut is an expert in general administrative law and environmental and planning law and she assists her clients with in-depth strategic advice.
She advises international and national leading companies as well as governments on general public law matters, complex and large-scale project developments, infrastructure and mobility projects and public-private partnerships. She represents her clients before the Dutch courts, in enforcement procedures and in negotiations involving complex and major (public) interests.
Rut has a master's degree in constitutional and administrative law from Utrecht University (2012). She completed the postgraduate course in spatial planning and environmental law from the Grotius Academy (2018, cum laude) and she attended the Stibbe MBA Highlights Programme at INSEAD (2018). She regularly publishes and lectures on her expertise.
Rut is a member of the Dutch Association on Administrative Law, the Association of Environment Law and the Construction Law Association.
