Marko specialises in employment law and non-discrimination law. In legal proceedings, he represents a range of both national and international clients, from work platforms to leading businesses.

Marko is an experienced litigator and is used to dealing with complex disputes. He assists clients in collective and individual employment classification disputes. He also has experience dealing with the Dutch regime for mass claims (WAMCA).
He received his LLM in employment and corporate law from the University of Amsterdam in 2017.
Marko has written numerous articles, chapters and case commentaries on employment law and equal treatment law, especially concerning novel technological developments. He is also a founding member of the Dutch Bar Association’s Platform for Diversity and Inclusion and a member of the Dutch Association of Young Employment Lawyers (VJAA) and the Dutch Association of Young Litigators (VJP).
