Linde has significant experience in all aspects of public law for clients active in diverse sectors.
She offers full assistance to clients, from strategic legal advice and representation before courts to project management regarding complex public procurement, public-private partnerships (PPPs), and public contracts. She has a particular expertise in public sector real estate.
She also assists clients in various procedures regarding public procurement and administrative law in general, before the civil courts, the Constitutional Court and the Council of State (Conseil d’Etat/Raad van State). In addition, she has a strong interest in mediation.
Linde is a part-time teaching assistant in public law at KU Leuven since 2019. Moreover, she is the author of various publications on her areas of expertise and a regular guest speaker at seminars and conferences on public real estate.
Linde obtained a master’s degree in Law from the Vrije Universiteit Brussel (VUB) in 2014. She was the recipient of the René Marcq Prize awarded by the VUB in that same year. Furthermore, she holds a Master of Laws (LL.M.) degree in European Law from King’s College London (2016) and completed the Stibbe MBA Highlights Programme at INSEAD in Fontainebleau (France) in 2021. Linde joined the Brussels office of Stibbe in 2015.
