He works in close collaboration with a wide range of clients including leading national and international companies, developers and public bodies such as municipalities and provinces. Furthermore, he assists and advises his clients by representing their interests before the courts and in negotiations.
Laurens has a master's in law in constitutional and administrative law from the University of Amsterdam, cum laude (2013) and a master’s in French language and literature from the University of Leiden, cum laude (2013).
He regularly publishes articles on general and economic administrative law.
