Job heads the restructuring practice of Stibbe’s Amsterdam office. He acts on cross-border financial restructuring, including through Dutch schemes (WHOA), English schemes of arrangement and restructuring plans, and distressed transactions, for a range of high profile borrowers and lenders. Job also represents clients in litigation relating to restructuring, insolvency and corporate issues, and is regularly appointed by the court as a restructuring expert and bankruptcy trustee.

Job also represents clients in litigation relating to restructuring, insolvency and corporate issues, and is regularly appointed by the court as a restructuring expert and bankruptcy trustee.
As a litigator and advisor, his focus areas include issues and disputes relating to financial distress, corporate governance, directors’ and shareholders’ liability, and contractual claims.
He studied law at Tilburg University and Université Jean Moulin in Lyon (France). Job is an INSOL Fellow and attended an executive programme at business school INSEAD, the INSOLAD financial economics programme for bankruptcy trustees, and the INSOL International Global Insolvency Practice Course.
