Gregory specialises in all aspects of corporate law, with a particular focus on mergers and acquisitions, private equity, venture capital, and capital market transactions.

He obtained a master’s degree in Economics, Law and Business Studies from KU Leuven in 2018. Additionally, he holds a master’s degree in Law with specialisation in economic law, European law and international law from KU Leuven (2019). He also completed a Master of Laws (LL.M.) degree in Business Law – Securities Regulations at the University of California, Los Angeles (UCLA), United States, in 2020.
Gregory joined the Brussels office of Stibbe in 2020.
