Frederike specialises in complex commercial litigation and arbitration, often involving cross-border aspects. She represents and advises both Dutch and international clients on a broad range of civil law issues, including complicated contractual and tort disputes, post-M&A disputes and competition damages litigation.

Frederike de Meulemeester
Frederike previously obtained experience in Stibbe’s Corporate and M&A department, where she focused on cross-border mergers & acquisitions.
She studied at Leiden University and at the University of Florida (bachelor degrees in both Dutch Law and Tax Law), before obtaining a master’s degree in Corporate Law from Leiden University in 2018 and a master’s degree in International and European Tax Law from the University of Amsterdam in 2019.
Frederike is a member of the Dutch Arbitration Association.
