Flora holds a master's degree in notarial law from Leiden University (2020) and has started her notarial professional training (Beroepsopleiding Notariaat) at Stichting Beroepsopleiding Notariaat in 2021. She is also a member of the Royal Dutch Association of Civil-law Notaries (KNB).
