Stibbe advises Picnic on a strategic capital injection of 355 million euros from its shareholders to finance further expansion in Germany and France. The online supermarket company has already opened distribution centers in Hamburg and Berlin in Germany and in Paris in France. 

This financing round follows that of 2021, in which Stibbe also advised and where various shareholders invested a combined €600 million.
