For more than 30 years, Audry has been a successful lawyer at Stibbe and a valuable member of our Brussels public law and dispute resolution practices.
Audry has acquired extensive expertise in litigation. He acts in various areas of law, such as sports law and disputes relating to the performance of public, real estate and construction contracts.
He regularly conducts emergency (summary) proceedings before Belgian civil and commercial courts, as well as before arbitration tribunals. Although Audry acts as a vigorous lawyer in many cases, always seeking for the most effective approach based on his broad experience, he also aims to prevent proceedings from becoming bogged down by using alternative dispute resolution (ADR), such as mediation, whenever possible. He also assists clients with amicable and judicial expert appraisals. In sports law, he represents clients before both ordinary courts and the Belgian Court of Arbitration for Sport.
Audry is a member of CEPANI and a binding third-party decision-maker approved by the Brussels Bar. He holds a master’s degree in Law from the Université libre de Bruxelles. Audry joined the Brussels office of Stibbe in 1991.
