Stibbe advises Facilicom and NIBC in connection with their bid for the contracting and financing of a new City Hall in Westland. The project concerns the Design, Build, Financing, Maintenance and Operation for 25 years of the City Hall.

Stibbe advises NRG Value, a Dutch fuel and convenience retail management chain recently started by former managers from Shell, Exxon Mobil and Merrill Lynch, on its acquisition of 107 Esso petrol stations from Esso Nederland, a subsidiary of Exxon Mobil.
