Junior Bookkeeper

With our team of more than 150 lawyers and 80 business professionals, we offer clients high quality legal advice. To reinforce our Accounting & Finance team, we are looking for a Junior Bookkeeper. Your role
As a Junior Bookkeeper, you will:
- Process purchase invoices and expense reports: verification, preparation, input, scanning and filing;
- Create payments in Isabel;
- Process bank statements: preparation, input, scanning, filing and prepare daily cash flow;
- Take care of journal entries: book transferable costs, receivable invoices, …
- Assist in the overall book keeping activities together with the team.
After a training period, additional tasks may be added to the job description.
The ideal candidate
- You have a passion for accounting and are ready for a new challenge;
- You have a bachelor's degree in accounting or equivalent experience;
- You excel in precise work and have an eye for detail;
- You possess strong communication skills;
- You have good knowledge of both Dutch and French, with proficiency in English as a plus;
- You are IT-minded with a thorough knowledge of MS Office.
