A team of Stibbe in Amsterdam has won a case for Twente Airport in what has become known in the east of the country as the 'Boeing dispute'.
The ruling clarifies that the three Lufthansa Boeing 747s can stay (for the time being) and do not have to leave before the end of June, as stipulated in the inspection permit. Twente demanded that this term be extended by one year so that the aircraft could depart later than 30 June, in accordance with the agreements made.
