Stibbe represented KLM Catering Services (KCS) and KLM in preliminary relief proceedings. As part of a national catering strike, KLM Catering Services employees walked out of work in order to achieve an improved collective labour agreement. The court ruled that these strikes could not affect KLM's intercontinental flights.
