Stibbe congratulates VCK Holding on the successful sale of the entire share capital of VCK Travel to Gray Dawes Travel, which is part of the UK-based Gray Dawes Group. The acquisition, completed on 2 January 2024 by Gray Dawes Travel, will further the international expansion of the business of both companies.
