Stibbe Amsterdam appoints two new counsel
We are pleased to announce that Stibbe Amsterdam has promoted Rut Molenaar-Wingens and Phinney Disseldorp to counsel effective 1 July and 1 August. These promotions further strengthen the position of Stibbe’s Administrative Law and Employment, Benefits and Pensions practices.
Rut Molenaar-Wingens is a specialist in general administrative law and environmental and planning law. She advises private companies as well as governments on general public law matters, permits, complex industrial and residential redevelopments, large infrastructural projects and public-private partnerships. She represents her clients before the Dutch courts, in enforcement procedures and in negotiations involving complex and major (public) interests. Rut joined our firm in 2013.
Phinney Disseldorp specialises in employment and pension law. He has a focus on complex and collective matters, including collective labour and works council issues, non-standard labour relations (flexible labour) and complex remuneration matters. He assists international and national corporates, management boards and supervisory boards. Phinney joined Stibbe in 2015.
