Stibbe advises Ten Cate
Stibbe advises Ten Cate Investeringsmaatschappij on its intended recommended public cash or share offer for all issued and outstanding shares of Hydratec Industries.
Hydratec Industries’ Boards fully support the offer and envisaged delisting. The company has been listed on Euronext Amsterdam since the 1990s.
Hydratec, formerly known as Nyloplast, is a technology company headquartered in Amersfoort that develops and produces industrial systems and plastic components designed to meet the growing demand for food, health and mobility. Its 2022 turnover amounted to EUR 281 mio., resulting in a net profit of EUR 15.8 mio.
TCIM is the investment vehicle of the Ten Cate family.
