We assisted Tavares and shareholders in the public bid on all shares and warrants issued by Euronext-Brussels-listed company Transics International. Two years later, we also assisted Tavares in the sale of 100% of its outstanding share capital to Wabco, a wholly-owned subsidiary of NYSE-listed company Wabco, Inc.
