Stibbe advised Strohm Holding on another EUR 15 million joint investment by ING Corporate Investment, Chevron Technology Ventures, Evonik Venture Captial and HydrogenOne Capital LLP Capital Growth Plc, which followedearlier corporate restructuring and investment rounds in March and July of 2022. Strohm in total secured EUR 29 million in funds only this year.

This transaction enables Strohm to take the final step in its conversion from a supplier for the oil and gas industry to green solutions such as hydrogen and CO2.
