Stibbe advises Rhône Capital on its acquisition of Ranpak

Stibbe advises Rhône Capital on Dutch corporate, tax and finance aspects of its acquisition of Ranpak with substantial Dutch assets from Odyssey Investment Partners LLC. Ranpak was established in 1972 and it manufactures paper based packaging for more than 25,000 companies in the electronics, food and beverage, and pharmaceutical industries worldwide.
