Stibbe has advised Q-Park, a leading operator of parking facilities in seven Western European countries, on its latest refinancing transaction.

After Q-Park successfully issued €430,000,000 aggregate principal amount of 5.125% notes in January of this year, early July Q-Park issued €550,000,000 aggregate principal amount of 5.125% senior secured fixed rate notes due 2030. The proceeds from this issue have mainly/primarily been used to redeem the entire principal amount of notes due 2025 and 2026.
Stibbe again advised Q-Park on all Dutch aspects of the transaction together with Simpson Thacher & Bartlett LLP.
