Stibbe advises Punch International and Accentis

Stibbe assisted Punch International and Accentis, two Euronext-Brussels-listed companies, with the 245 million EUR purchase of Punch's real property, and subsequent public offer on all shares of Accentis, a Belgium-based company engaged in project development and property management for third parties, with the focus on semi-industrial property.
