Stibbe assisted Dutch real estate developer PROWINKO with the realisation of a large project on the Toison d’Or block in Brussels.

This block is an important commercial area near Avenue Louise. The project will consist of 14,000 sq.m. of commercial area space, about 16.000 m² of private housing, and more than 200 parking spaces. This commercial center with 21st century architecture aims to integrate the characteristics of the Brussels architectural heritage into the environment of existing buildings.
