Stibbe assisted Picanol Group with its acquisition of the French State’s 27.6% stake in Tessenderlo Chemie.

Picanol was looking to diversify its geographical spread of its activities. As a result of the acquisition Picanol became the reference shareholder of Tessenderlo, maintaining the latter’s decision centre in Belgium.
