Stibbe advises NN Group on the sale of its wholly owned private equity management company, Parcom Capital Management, to its directors.

In connection with the sale, NN Group will participate as a cornerstone investor in a new private equity fund to be managed by Parcom Capital Management. Private equity continues to be part of NN Group's investment strategy. The sale of Parcom Capital Management is the last step for NN Group in gaining more flexibility in its private equity exposure, following the earlier divestitures of Parcom Germany and France. NN Group will continue to hold its investments in the existing Parcom funds which will continue to be managed by Parcom Capital Management.
