Stibbe advises MBK Partners

Stibbe advised MBK Partners, a South Korean private equity group, on the acquisition of the iconic Brussels-based chocolate factory of Godiva Belgium BVBA. The acquisition is part of an international transaction whereby the Asia-Pacific activities of Godiva were divested to MBK Partners.
