Stibbe assisted a leading Belgian telecom operator in negotiations with a major European telecom operator on the offering of triple play (internet access, telephony and television) services on the Belgian market.

Our work included the drafting and negotiation of a wholesale agreement concerning the provision of voice, internet, and television services by the European operator to our client's end-customers. This agreement has a great impact on the Belgian telecoms market considering that it enabled the European operator, which previously focused on the mobile market, to expand its product portfolio by offering internet connectivity and digital television to its end-customers.
