Stibbe advises Knab on the proposed sale by ASR Nederland to the Austrian Bawag Group.

The Knab brand, its products and its focus on self-employed people will remain unchanged. Regulators, Knab's works council and ASR's central works council have yet to approve the sale. The transaction is expected to be completed in the second half of 2024.
