Advising Heijmans in relation to the National Military Museum project. The project consists of the design, build, finance, maintenance and operation of a new National Military Museum and surrounding areas of approximately 500,000 square meters in Soesterberg, the Netherlands.

Heijmans was appointed as preferred bidder and Stibbe advised Heijmans up to and including financial close.
The project is of significant importance, because it is the first museum in the Netherlands to be developed and built on the basis of DBFMO.
