Advising Facilicom in relation to the tender for the B30 project. The project consists of the Design, Build, Financing and Maintenance of the nationally listed historical building at the Bezuidenhoutseweg 30 in The Hague (B30), the Netherlands.

The building has a service of approximately 21.000 m². The historical part of the structure has been built between 1912 and 1917. As a whole, the building is a nationally listed historical building (State monument).
