Stibbe is proud to have advised Egeria, the private equity firm, on a rights issue by Sif Holding N.V. (Sif). Egeria, through a subsidiary, is a major shareholder in Sif, a leading manufacturer of large steel tubulars, or monopiles, that are used as foundation components for the offshore wind industry.

On 16 June 2023, Sif launched a €50 million rights issue, which is supported by Egeria through subscription and underwriting. The proceeds of the rights issue will be used by Sif to finance the expansion of its manufacturing facilities to create the world’s largest monopile production factory.
