Stibbe advises Delivery Hero on the sale of its German food delivery businesses Lieferheld, Pizza.de and foodora to Takeaway.com in exchange for cash and an equity stake in Takeaway.com.

Under the transaction, Delivery Hero will sell the outstanding shares in Delivery Hero Germany to Takeaway.com for a total consideration of c. €930 million consisting of €508 million in cash and €422 million in shares in Takeaway.com.
