Stibbe advises Ballast Nedam

Stibbe advises Ballast Nedam with regard to the restructuring of the A15 MAVA and Ondertunneling A2. Stibbe activities includes amending joint venture agreements, construction contracts etc. The A2 project is based on the UAV-gc. The A15 transaction entails a project finance structure on DBFM basis.
